This is a cosmetic orc race overhaul. I changed both genders, but due to restrictions to what the Creation Kit can do, the males still look pretty badass. The girls however look much prettier now. I'll add some more pics tomorrow when I'm back at my gaming PC. The pic you see above uses no ENB whatsoever. Contrary to what I wrote yesterday, I didn't even have the Immersive Saturation Boost mod installed (thought I had it installed, I was on another PC). Anyway it's great AND performance friendly. But, as I said, my pics for this mod are made entirely without lighting mods or photoshopping work, which means that what you see is what you get.
Another mod I would like to recommend to enhance the character creation options in the game is this one: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29624. In my case it even makes character creation and later changes via the showracemenu console command more stable.
Now back to this mod - a few explanations to avoid concerns about compatibility issues and such:
What did I change? I switched the female orc behaviour file to actually utilize the female behaviour graph, because in vanilla it was set to male.Then I simply beautified the orc faces in the CK, adjusted face proportions, sometimes changed hair and face tint and the like, exported the meshes and textures via the Ctrl-F4-method. The only additional content I added is a normal face map to replace the female vanilla orc face normals, so the orc faces look smoother.
For that purpose I used the normal face map of MrLenskis "coverwomen"-Mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3563). the coverwomen#3 UNP seamless to be more precise.
Works probably best with the UNP body because it uses MrLenskis UNP normal map. But as it is only a normal map (which means it is only a texture touching no game mechanics in any way), other body replacers than UNP will probably work, too. Of course you cannot use two mods that change the female orc appearance which should be quite obvious - but why would you want to use two mods that change the same race anyway?
This mod is not hazardous to the game in any way and can be safely installed and uninstalled. It will not break your game. There are no scripts or whatever in this mod, no quests are touched, no dialogue, nothing. I kept it simple and as close as possible to the vanilla game. That's why I didn't replace the orc body with a custom one. Maybe I'll add another replacer that is more complex and has its own body, I don't know yet.
I repeat: This mod does not touch other body mods the user already has in the game. The only thing it has as non-vanilla content is the above mentioned normal face map from MrLenski, which is in the appropriate "femaleorc"-directory, which again does not touch other races.
Furthermore, you can exchange that normal map to your liking. Just go to the "textures\actors\character\femaleorc" of this mod and exchange the "femaleheadorc_msn.dds"-file with the one of your choice (f. ex. a special CBBE-compliant normal map If there is one, that is - I don't use CBBE) or whatever face retex mod you have in your game.
Or you can completely remove the normal from this mod and have the vanilla orcish skin texture back, but with better face proportions - for those who like the beloved ladies a bit rougher. It's all up to you.
What makes vanilla orcs so ugly are the vanilla face proportions in the first place. Eyes too close together / too far apart, nose too long, brow ridge too protruding, chin too short or long, ridiculously exaggerated underbite, brows too close to the eyes etc. That's why the Creation Kit face work was the most important part of this mod, and that's why I could keep it simple.

First and foremost: THANK YOU BHAKTISEAN for your permission to let me use your Lunari Race UNP body once again. You're awesome, dude!
But let me start from the beginning: As you may or may not have noticed, I released a race mod called "Half Orc Race" a few months ago (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23947).
Yesterday, as some idea that came to my mind out of the blue, I released an orc race enhancer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32534). It is pretty nice (at least that's what I think, and it works fine if you want to enhance the orcs - especially the ladies the easiest way possible).
Quite some time ago a user of my Half Orc Race mod asked me if I could do an orc replacer that looked like that. I had a hard time thinking about what would make the orcs different from the Half Orc race if the replacer looked like it. Finally I came to the conclusion that the human options in the character generation screen should be omitted but the smooth and sexy look of the Lunari race body should be preserved.
Additionally, I took the face redesigning work I did yesterday for my Orc Enhancer mod and "merged" it with the Half Orc Race look. Out came:
Actually it doesn't just replace the female orc bodies and faces. I spent quite a time correcting the facial proportions of both males and females. Well, the males still look brutish, but nevertheless a bit better. Nota bene that contrary to the females, the guys don't have a body of their own, so they will make use of the male body mod that's installed in your game.
But the females now resemble the Half Orc Race very much, since they make use of the same ressources - in form of their own unique body which is independent from any body replacer you chose to install. So f. ex. you can use both CBBE as your standard body replacer and have the orc ladies untouched.
Furthermore now the orc ladies use the female walk animation.
Still this mod is very simple. No scripts included, no quests or dialogues touched. So you will not run into trouble by installing it.
The ladies have an anatomically correct body. I will not make a non-nude version of it, that's why the mod is flagged as "adult". If someone is offended by this - just dress the ladies up.
So, a short version to clarify what is what:
1. Half Orc Race: A race of its own, letting you choose between human ond orc features and combine these. Own body. Not a race overhaul.
2. The Orc Race Enhancer: A cosmetic Orc race overhaul, but with no bodies of their own. A quick and simple, but effective weapon against ugly orcs. Also suited for minors because there's no nudity in the mod unless you decide to put it in there by installing nude body mods.
3. The Orc Race Replacer (UNP for now, CBBE to come): Also a cosmetic Orc race overhaul, but this time "Lunari / Half Orc Style". The reason I did this was to give the orc ladies the best possible look that I can come up with, bringing along their own unique body that is independent from whatever body replacer you chose to install.
